Fear not of cognition in context

How do researchers of cognitive development work to make sure that our field evolves so contribution humanity is emancipatory? We can take inspiration from near and far. Inspiration may be found in other areas psychological research (social, cultural, etc.) social sciences (public health, sociology, etc.). Frameworks developed fields (e.g., intersectionality, Crenshaw, University Chicago Legal Forum, 1989(1), 139–167) helpful for own interests questions. If so, this will require some determining how these tools used improve the state research.
